1. What FuelSense is

FuelSense helps you record and understand your vehicles: fuel, mileage, expenses, service, paperwork, rides and trips, with safety tools and an AI Copilot. It is a personal record-keeping tool, not a professional, mechanical, legal or financial service.

2. Your account

• Give accurate details and keep your password private.
• You are responsible for activity on your account.
• You can sign out or delete your account at any time in Profile → Account & security.

3. Your data and content

Records, documents and photos you add are yours. You give us permission only to process them as needed to run the features you use, as described in the Data usage policy. Community posts you choose to share must be your own and lawful.

4. Riding and driving safely

• Never use the phone in a way that distracts you while riding or driving; set things up before you start.
• Crash detection, SOS and reminders are aids. They can fail (no signal, battery, permissions) and do not replace emergency services. In an emergency call 112.
• Follow traffic laws and wear the right protective gear.

5. Estimates and AI answers

Mileage, costs, the Economy Score, fuel prices, route times and fuel estimates are calculated from the data available and may be inaccurate. AI Copilot answers explain your data and give general suggestions; they are not a mechanical diagnosis or professional advice. Check important decisions with a qualified mechanic or the official source.

6. Third-party services

Some features rely on services we do not control (for example Google sign-in and Drive, maps and routing from OpenStreetMap and OSRM, weather from MET Norway, the government e-Challan site, your phone's maps and email apps). Their availability and terms are theirs.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app: no attempts to break its security, overload its services, scrape other users' data, or post unlawful, abusive or misleading content.

8. Changes and availability

We may update the app and these terms. We will show the new effective date here and, for important changes, tell you in the app. Features may change or be unavailable at times.

9. Liability

FuelSense is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, SYNCLINA is not liable for indirect losses or for decisions made on estimates or AI answers. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
